Is cash on delivery available?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available with no extra fee. Choose it at checkout.
Is delivery free?
Yes, on every order, with no minimum. We deliver across India.
Can I return or exchange a product?
For hygiene reasons, lipsticks and tints can't be returned or exchanged once delivered, including for a change of mind or shade. If something arrives damaged, spilled, defective or wrong, tell us within 3 days of delivery with photos and we'll replace it free. Read the full policy.
How does 50% off my first order work?
It's added to your bag automatically on your first order, and you'll see it at checkout. It's once per customer, and it doesn't combine with βΉ200 off orders over βΉ1,999: you get whichever saves you more.
How do I get the free tint?
When your bag reaches βΉ1,499, pick one of our lip & cheek tints in the bag and it's free at checkout.
Will the lipstick transfer or smudge?
Our liquid matte lipsticks are waterproof, transfer-proof and smudge-resistant once set. Apply to clean, dry lips with the applicator, let it dry to a matte finish, and layer for more depth.
Are your lipsticks vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, our liquid matte lipsticks are vegan and cruelty-free. They're made with squalane and vitamins E and C to keep lips moisturised.
Where are RAYZ products made?
In India. Our lipsticks are made in Uttarakhand and our tints in Amritsar, Punjab.
